Refund Policy

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $25.

THE SKATE CANADA INSURANCE FEE CANNOT BE REFUNDED ONCE SUBMITTED TO SKATE CANADA (~48 hours before program start). 

All SPRING CANSKATE programs allow a trial period for the one session only. If after the first scheduled session you wish to withdraw your child from the program, a pro-rated refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable Administration ($25) and Skate Canada ($43.65) fees. 

If you withdraw from a CANSKATE program prior to the start date, a full refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable Administration fee ($25) and Skate Canada ($43.65) fees.

All STARSkate program withdrawals must be made prior to the start date of the first registered session in order to receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable Administration fee ($25) and Skate Canada ($43.65) fees.

For all programs, in the event of any injury, a pro-rated portion of the registration fee, minus the non-refundable Administration ($25) and Skate Canada ($43.65) fees, will be refunded if the request is accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. No refund will be given if a student leaves by their own accord beyond the trial period or is expelled by the Club. No refunds or make-up sessions will be given for any other reason.
